Study to become a Neuropsychiatric Coach and gain practical, solution-focused methods for working with children, adolescents and adults, while also promoting your own well-being!
In addition to local experts, the course features the international expert and psychotherapist John Henden, a developer of solution-focused trauma therapy.
Overview
A solution-focused neuropsychiatric coach / neurocoach works primarily with clients who have developmental neuropsychiatric disorders, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Tourette syndrome, learning difficulties, or developmental language disorder. In everyday language, these are often referred to as “neurodivergent.”
These methods can also be applied to individuals with broader learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). As a low-threshold intervention, these methods are also suitable for addressing behavioral disorders, anxiety, and for supporting mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation.
A solution-focused coach helps clients find resources and practical strategies to manage their life challenges, particularly in areas like self-management.
